These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Create A Stole website and services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use this site or purchase our products.

1. Company Overview

Create A Stole (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides custom, made-to-order ceremonial stoles, including graduation stoles, Greek organization stoles, military stoles, honor stoles, and related custom products.

All products are produced on demand and customized per customer specifications.

2. Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the site with parental/guardian consent

  • You will provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • You will not use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Orders, Customization & Final Approval

All Create A Stole products are custom-made based on information provided by the customer at checkout.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All order details are final upon submission

  • You have reviewed spelling, names, colors, sizes, organization details, and shipping information

  • Your order constitutes final approval of all customization details

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Change prices without notice

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing or listing errors

5. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted

  • Refunds will not be issued for any reason

6. Production Variations

Minor variations in color, fabric texture, stitching, embroidery, or print placement are inherent to custom manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Create A Stole is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or theft once shipped.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, graphics, and layouts, is the property of Create A Stole and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

10. Third-Party Trademark & Copyright Infringement Notice

All designs, names, logos, insignia, and artwork displayed on the Create A Stole website or in our catalog are shown for demonstration purposes only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or authorization to reproduce any trademarked or copyrighted material.

By submitting an order, the customer represents and warrants that they are the rightful owner of all trademarks, logos, names, and copyrighted materials included in the design, or that they have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or authorizations from the applicable rights holder(s).

The customer further represents that they have full legal authority to authorize Create A Stole to manufacture the requested product(s).

The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Create A Stole, its owners, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, attorney’s fees, fines, or expenses arising from any alleged trademark or copyright infringement.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, submit false information, or interfere with site operations.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested using order records and these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

Create A Stole’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Create A Stole from claims arising from misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Create A Stole operates.
