Create A Stole — Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

ALL CREATE A STOLE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Create A Stole specializes in custom, made-to-order ceremonial stoles, including but not limited to graduation stoles, Greek organization stoles, military stoles, and honor stoles. Each item is produced specifically for the individual order submitted.

1. Final Sale & Custom Production

All Create A Stole products are custom-made and produced on demand. Once an order is placed, production begins immediately.

Accordingly:

  • All sales are final

  • Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are not accepted

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission, for any reason

This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect names, spelling, dates, colors, or design selections

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse or event changes

  • Graduation, ceremony, or organizational schedule changes

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Failure to review product details, previews, or policies prior to checkout

2. Customer Responsibility & Order Approval

Customers are solely responsible for verifying all order details before completing checkout, including:

  • Name spelling and personalization text

  • Organization, branch, or affiliation details

  • Color combinations and layout selections

  • Size and quantity

  • Shipping address accuracy

Submission of an order constitutes final approval of all customization details. Create A Stole is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3. Refund Exclusion for Custom Goods

Custom and personalized goods are not eligible for returns or refunds under applicable consumer protection and e-commerce laws. Once production has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective due to a verified manufacturing error, the customer must notify Create A Stole within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Required documentation:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Create A Stole may, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement of the same item.
Refunds will not be issued. Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy.

Minor variations in stitching, embroidery, printing, fabric texture, or color tone are considered inherent to custom manufacturing and do not constitute defects.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • Create A Stole is not responsible for carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages are not refundable

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Create A Stole, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason covered by this policy. Any unauthorized disputes may be contested with the payment processor using order records, delivery confirmation, and this policy as evidence.

7. Policy Acceptance

This policy constitutes a binding agreement between the customer and Create A Stole. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this policy

  • Agree to be legally bound by its terms
