Create A Stole — Shipping Policy

Create A Stole produces custom, made-to-order ceremonial stoles. All shipping timelines begin after an order has been processed, not on the date the order is placed.


Order Processing

All orders are custom-made and require processing time before shipment. Processing includes order review, customization, production preparation, and manufacturing.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, customization requirements, and seasonal demand. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

Rush Shipping

  • Flat fee: $75

  • Estimated delivery: 10–14 days after the order has been processed

Rush shipping prioritizes production and shipping but does not guarantee a delivery date. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Cost: $0

  • Estimated delivery: 14–21 days (2–3 weeks) after the order has been processed

Standard shipping is the default shipping method for all orders not selecting rush shipping.


Important Timing Clarifications

  • Delivery estimates begin after processing, not at checkout

  • Processing time and shipping time are separate

  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed

  • Create A Stole is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Shipping carriers

    • Weather events

    • Customs or transit disruptions

    • High-volume periods (including graduation season)


Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • Create A Stole is not responsible for shipping delays

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages are the responsibility of the carrier

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, including rush shipping fees


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Create A Stole is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to an address provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses resulting from address errors

Orders returned to sender due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to reship.


Event & Deadline Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ordering with sufficient time to meet their event or ceremony date.

Create A Stole does not guarantee arrival by a specific date, including graduation or ceremony deadlines. Rush shipping reduces processing and transit time but does not guarantee delivery by a particular event date.

No refunds or credits will be issued for orders that arrive later than expected.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Agreement to Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Create A Stole, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy and understand:

  • All delivery timelines are estimates

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks
