About Our Stoles

What are your stoles made of and how are they customized?

All of our stoles and sashes are made from luxury satin that won’t wrinkle or tear like ribbon-based stoles. Every detail is professionally embroidered — never iron-on or patched — for a polished, long-lasting finish.

Can I add my fraternity, sorority, or club logo?

Yes! You can upload approved graphics, including fraternity, sorority, or club logos, directly in the design builder.

Do you offer stoles for high schools, colleges, and cultural celebrations?

Absolutely. We make custom stoles for high school, college, and university graduations, as well as for cultural celebrations (for example, Hispanic Heritage) with specific colors, symbols, and embroidery.

What is Create A Stole and how does it work?

Create A Stole is a custom design platform for individuals, schools, and organizations. Choose your style, length, and color, then add embroidered text, logos, or Greek letters. Use the online builder to preview your design before ordering.

Can I preview my stole before ordering?

Yes! Our online design tool shows a live preview so you can confirm every detail before checkout.

Ordering and Payment

How can I place an order or request a quote?

It’s easy, visit our order page and go through each option to build your stole. You’ll see the total cost including all of your customized options in your shopping cart before you check out. If you need help, email us.

How long will it take to get my order?

For small individual orders and small group stole and sash orders please allow 2 weeks for your order to be ready for shipping. For large group orders of 100 stoles or more please allow 2-3 weeks weeks for your order to ship. You can also contact us to make special arrangements.

*We do offer rush order shipping for orders delivered in less than 2 weeks for an additional fee.
Please choose the “Rush Order” shipping option during checkout.

What is your minimum order, and can I order a single stole?

While the standard minimum order is five stoles, individuals needing a single stole can submit a custom quote request. This allows for flexibility in fulfilling smaller orders while maintaining the quality and customization options offered by Create A Stole.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes! Discounts are automatically applied at checkout for orders of 10 or more:
• 10–49 stoles: 10% off
• 50–100 stoles: 15% off
• 101–150 stoles: 20% off
• 151+ stoles: 25% off

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and purchase orders.

Production and Shipping

How long will my order take, and do you offer rush options?

For small individual or group orders, please allow about 2 weeks before shipping. For large group orders (100+ stoles), allow 2–3 weeks. Need it sooner? Select the “Rush Order” option at checkout for delivery in less than 2 weeks (additional fee applies).

How will you ship my order? Do you ship internationally?

We ship through USPS, DHL, and UPS. We do offer international shipping.

Can I reuse my design for future orders?

Yes! You can easily reorder using the same design — perfect for schools or organizations that need consistent branding.

Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

What is your Return Policy?

Because every stole is custom-made, stoles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective upon delivery or due to an error on our part. Report any issues within one day of delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Once your order is placed and approved, changes or cancellations aren’t possible. Please review your design carefully before checkout and contact us immediately if you need to correct something before approval.
